Job Summary
Gilroy Chevrolet/Cadillac is seeking driven competitive customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants who are ready to build a successful career in the automotive industry. If you enjoy working with people thrive in a fast-paced environment know how to close deals and want the opportunity to earn the money you want to make then read on.
Whether youre and experienced Sales Consultant or someone with a strong work ethic looking to start a new career we provide the training tools and support to help you succeed.
What Youll Do:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
- Build relationships with customers to create repeat and referral business
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits and conduct test drives
- Follow-up with internet and showroom leads
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory features and promotions
- Work with management and finance teams to finalize sales
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude high energy and motivated by income
- Self-Motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn
- Experience with CRM and internet leads
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
