Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health Travel Contract
Location: Binghamton NY 13904
Duration: 13 Weeks
Compensation:
Travel Rate: Up to $2400 per week (based on experience)
Local Rate: Up to $2100 per week (based on experience)
Shift:
Night Shift: 11:00 PM 7:27 AM
Schedule: 5 8-hour shifts
Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to patients in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Perform nursing assessments and document patient progress.
Maintain accurate patient records and shift notes.
Support a therapeutic environment and engage with patients.
Collaborate with mental health therapy aides and the care team.
Serve as Charge RN when assigned.
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage medication administration and patient documentation.
COVID-19 vaccination required (medical exemptions accepted).
