Journey to Freedom Consulting & Academy is expanding and seeking a Career Transition Consultant to support individuals navigating career change personal development and flexible work pathways.

This is an independent performancebased remote role suited for professionals who value autonomy continuous learning and impactdriven work.

What Youll Do

Facilitate structured consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
Support individuals exploring career transitions personal growth and worklife redesign
Use a relationshipfocused needsbased communication approach
Clearly explain program pathways expectations and learning outcomes
Maintain accurate notes and followups using CRM and digital tools
Independently manage your schedule workflow and performance metrics

Ideal Background

This role is well suited for professionals with experience in:

Career Coaching HR Talent Development Client Success Admissions or Advisory roles
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Comfort working independently in a remote environment
