Overview
We are an industrial manufacturing startup looking for a Project Coordinator / Systems & Process Builder to help design implement and improve internal systems workflows and operational processes across the business.
The role exists to support the development of scalable and efficient ways of working across the company including systems workflows automations and structured processes. This will help reduce manual paper-based work and improve operational efficiency as the business grows.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems working across different parts of a business and helping turn unclear challenges into structured workable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to identify operational challenges and inefficiencies
- Take ownership of defined problem areas explore solutions and propose implementation approaches
- Build and improve systems workflows and operational processes
- Identify and recommend tools or platforms to support business needs and close system gaps
- Support data-related work including organizing cleaning and structuring data for practical use
- Develop structured approaches formulas or models to streamline recurring business tasks
- Identify manual processes and explore opportunities for automation or optimization
- Coordinate projects involving internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Track progress follow up with relevant parties and ensure execution of initiatives
- Assist with operational tasks where required including documentation data entry and SOP creation

- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with systems (not necessarily a developer or coder)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business awareness
- Naturally curious resourceful and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Comfortable working in environments where processes are still being built
- Able to communicate clearly and simplify complex ideas
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with systems (setup optimization or integration)
- Experience handling data (cleaning structuring organizing for business use)
- Understanding of workflows and project coordination/management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools including:
- Understanding of prompting
- Ability to use AI tools to improve output quality and problem-solving (not just template generation)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Odoo (ERP)
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments
