Job Summary

Description

The St. Regis Rome is looking for a Marketing Agent (6 months temporary contract).

He/She will report to the Director of Marketing and will be involved in the department in an operational and organisational role supporting key communication and events activities in order to promote awareness of brand image internally and externally.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats. Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelors degree from accredited university or college.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None


Key responsibilities

Support in Coordinating activities related to corporate events including operational planning supplier management and on-site supervision.

Attending key events for at least three evenings a week providing coordination and organisational support.

Updating information on the companys websites in collaboration with the marketing and digital team.

Managing and updating mailing lists and contact databases.

Supporting the development and implementation of special projects aimed at promoting upcoming initiatives.

Participating in the retail project planned as the final phase of the training program involving operational and analytical tasks.


Requirements


Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Willingness to work evenings and attend events.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of marketing planning and social media.

Analysis of key competitors and reporting.

Knowledge of digital tools and the main CMS platforms for website updates.

Proactive attitude flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.

Fluent in English and Italian.
