Customer Sales & Serv Rep

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative at our Crystal MN service center.In this role youll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

What youll do:

In our fast-paced team environment you will partner with our customers and outside sales team to find products and services solve customer needs and build ongoing positive business relationships.

• Solve customer inquiries prepare quotes process/expedite orders & returns

• Source parts from suppliers nationwide

• Assist in generating sales by upselling adding on & educating customers

• Assemble hoses for walk-in customers

• Help in the stockroom & deliver orders to customers as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 year customer service inside salesmechanical or maintenance experience required. Hydraulic experience preferred

• High school diploma GED or equivalent required

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office & data entry software

• Attention to detail time management organization & communication

• Valid drivers license & clean driving record (MVR)
