Job Summary

Source evaluate and select suppliers for materials components and services in alignment with quality cost and delivery targets.
Negotiate pricing contracts and commercial terms to secure optimal value and establish long-term supplier partnerships.
Monitor supplier performance conduct regular evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with Engineering Production Quality and Logistics teams to ensure understanding of material requirements and on-time availability.
Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database including vendor onboarding and documentation management.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement within procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies procurement guidelines and ERP workflows.
Support supply chain risk management by identifying potential disruptions and implementing mitigation plans.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of procurement/purchasing experience preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong negotiation communication and supplier management skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing strategies cost analysis and contract management.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Automotive Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive diagnostics vehicle troubleshooting or repair at authorized dealerships or automotive companies. Experience working with automotive diagnostic equipment scan tools and software update platforms. Prior experience with FOTA processes is highly preferred. Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems automotive electronics and software architecture. Proficient in English (reading writing and communication). Experience in automotive OEMs is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
