Job Summary

The Innovation Lead drives ideation problem discovery rapid experimentation and prioritization. They act as the "engine" of the Innovation Hub ensuring that ideas are well -framed solutions are feasible and experiments move forward efficiently .

Responsibilities :

1- Lead ideation sessions problem -definition workshops and design sprints.

2- Identify high -impact opportunities by assessing technical feasibility and business value.

3- Shape experiment hypotheses MVP scopes and rapid delivery plans.

4- Mentor contributors and engineers throughout discovery and experimentation cycles.

5- Work closely with the architecture committee and business stakeholders to validate solution concepts.

6- Evaluate and score ideas based on clear strategic criteria.

7- Ensure innovation work is aligned with standards best practices and organizational goals.

8- Track experiment outcomes and refine the process based on learnings.

Requirements

10 years in product engineering R&D R&I or innovation -focused roles.

Strong technical understanding business problem -solving ability.

Skilled in structured ideation design thinking and rapid experimentation.

Strong leadership communication and facilitation skills.

Able to drive clarity in ambiguous exploratory environments.

Ability to work and support hands -on
