Position Summary
The Manager works directly under the Senior Programming Director and isresponsiblefor booking and developing local and regional programming across select CityWinerymarkets. While the role is not exclusively limited to a single region theprimary focus isonlocal regional and routable talent that can perform successfully acrossmultiple CityWineryvenues.

Thisis a booking-forward role designed for an experienced talent buyer ready totake on greaterresponsibilityin deal-making artist relationships and calendar executionwithout beingburdenedby advance hospitality or day-of-show operations.

Overview of Responsibilities

Booking& Talent Development

Actively source pitch andsecure talent for local and regional programming across assigned City Winerymarkets

Build and negotiate artistoffers (fees deal structures ticket scaling) for approval by the SeniorProgramming Director

Maintain and growrelationships with agents managers and artist teams

Identify artists withmulti-market potential and support routing opportunities across the City Winerynetwork

Assist in developingrepeatable formats touring concepts and residency-style programming

Book and manage supportingacts and openers as needed

Market& Calendar Ownership

Work closely with the SeniorProgramming Director to execute market-specific and regional booking strategies

Manage assigned calendarholds booking pipelines and offer tracking across multiple markets

Monitor ticket salesperformance and adjust booking strategies to support sell-through andprofitability

Ensure appropriate on-saletiming and alignment with marketing and ticketing teams

Maintain accurate bookinggrids artist histories and contact notes

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration

Partner with ProgrammingCoordinators to ensure a smooth handoff for:

o Artist advance

o DOS schedules

o Hospitality

o Settlement preparation

Collaborate with Marketingand Ticketing teams to align booking strategy with sales performance

Represent City Wineryprofessionally in all artist-facing communication

Thisrole is:

A true talent-buying andbooking position

Focused on local and regionalprogramming with multi-market exposure

Artist- and agent-facing

A developmental step towardProgramming Director

Thisrole is not:

An administrative oradvance-heavy position

A marketing execution role

A single-venue booking job

Minimum Qualifications

35 years of experience in talent buying booking artistmanagement or live entertainment

Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close artist deals

Existing relationships with agents managers and industryprofessionals

Strong understanding of local and regional touring economics

Excellent organizational written and verbal communicationskills

Ability to manage multiple markets and prioritiessimultaneously

Proficiency with Google Suite and booking-related trackingtools

Ability to work nights weekends and occasional travel asneeded
