Your set hours will befour weekdays and Saturdays.

Youll be working in a community store surrounded by other fashion retailers and just around the corner from the famous Queen St coffee strip did someone say coffee The existing team of staff and Volunteers are a friendly engaged bunch of people who would love to find a leader who can bring them some retail operations direction and find new ways to drive income.

What youll be doing:

Lead coach and inspire volunteers to deliver next level customer service

Drive sales hit targets and maximise profits for impact

Manage volunteer rosters and create a positive inclusive team culture

Roll out fun local marketing promos and campaigns

Keep the store looking amazing and running smoothly
