Job Summary
*Note: This is a 6-month internship to start from July 2026
Assist merchandising team on product description and attributes
Carry out quality control and verification checks for incoming inventory to ensure proper documentation of any defects and set the condition level
Assist to maintain the in-house proprietary authentication bible with newest material and photos
Send out quotations to sellers (and make pricing suggestions)
Carry out negotiations with sellers for inventory acquisition or consignment on Whatsapp and during physical appointments
Schedule appointments with sellers for acquisition and consignment
Assist with regular maintenance of market research data with regards to luxury bags resale for the brands accepted by Carousell Luxury
Work closely with cross-functional partners including Operations Teams Photoshoot team Marketing team and Sales team
Prepare monthly listings for discounted products
Follow-up on items to be repaired with third party service
Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the company
Qualifications :
*Note: This is a 6-month internship to start from July 2026
Solid knowledge of luxury brands with a strong interest in luxury bags and leather craftsmanship
Confident communicator with fluency in English and strong client-facing skills
Proficient in Google Sheets Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Highly detail-oriented process-driven and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Available to work 5 days per week (weekends could be included) from July and can commit for 6 months.
