Summer Intern

The Opportunity

This is a generalist internship designed for someone who is genuinely curious and not yet sure which lane they want to commit to. You will rotate through projects across Product Marketing & Social Business Development Data & Insights and Operations contributing to real work on real client and internal initiatives. You will sit close to the people building selling and running GrowthDesk and leave with a clear-eyed view of what good looks like in each function.

What Youll Do

• Product & MarTech: Support the team using SKALE and Pulse testing features helping QA new releases and pulling together feedback.
• Marketing & Social: Contribute to organic content across LinkedIn Instagram TikTok and Facebook help draft case studies and assist with campaign planning.
• Business Development: Run market and account research on prospect FMCG Real Estate and Healthcare brands build target lists and support pitch and proposal preparation.
• Data & Insights: Help turn raw data from Pulse into clean charts decks and short written takeaways for the commercial team.
• Operations: Pitch in on internal projects process improvements AI-enabled workflow experiments event prep.
• Own a project: By the end of the internship take the lead on one small end-to-end project of your own scoped with your manager.

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in any discipline. We care more about how you think than what you studied.
• Genuine curiosity about marketing technology data and how brands grow.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and unafraid of picking up new tools (including AI tools like ChatGPT Claude Gemini).
• Resourceful and self-directed you can take a vague brief ask the right clarifying questions and come back with a sensible first draft.
• A growth mindset a high standard for your own work and a willingness to give and receive direct feedback.

Nice to Have

• Prior internship club society or side-project experience where you owned something end-to-end.
• Exposure to social media content basic data analysis (Excel / Sheets / SQL) or design tools (Canva / Figma).
• Interest in Southeast Asias consumer retail or property markets.
