Job Summary

Were recruiting for a Lender Account Executive to join us. Were offering a competitive base salary. 

Were looking for a proactive relationshipfocused Lender Account Executive to join our L&G Mortgage Services team. Youll help drive the growth of our Mortgage Club and Ignite platform by developing strong partnerships across the UK mortgage market. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building networks shaping propositions and influencing positive outcomes for partners and customers.     What youll be doing:

    • Managing and developing a portfolio of lender and thirdparty relationships to support growth across LGMS
    • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects and supporting the delivery of pitches across the sales lifecycle
    • Tailoring propositions by understanding partner needs identifying challenges and creating innovative solutions
    • Strengthening existing partnerships by maintaining business plans SLAs and contractual agreements that support LGMS objectives
    • Supporting governance processes contributing to internal committees and ensuring partner activity aligns with LGMS strategy
    • Seeking and sharing customer feedback to improve products literature administration and sales processes
    • Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop propositions that enhance partner engagement
    • Leveraging internal and external networks to maximise commercial opportunities and deepen relationships

    Who were looking for:

    • Experience in account management or partnership development ideally within the UK mortgage or financial services market
    • Strong communication and influencing skills with confidence presenting inperson and virtually
    • Ability to interpret MI and financial data to support decisionmaking and build strong business cases
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and tailor solutions
    • Experience developing and negotiating commercial agreements
    • Ability to work inclusively with a variety of stakeholders and build productive internal networks
    • Achievementdriven mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment
    • CeMAP (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
