You will have a chance to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty from time to time while overseeing strategic cross-functional projects with close interaction with top management.
Get to Know the Role
- You will be the dedicated PIC to institutionalize GrabThumbsup as the industrys gold standard for brand prestige.
- You will be our primary brand-builder for merchants working hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to build a brand moat that competitors cannot easily replicate through discounts alone.
- Unlike a generalist you will bring deep foodie expertise to the table focusing on building domain-centric Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that enhance how we promote our merchant partners.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Brand Authority & Prestige: Work intimately with the Marketing team to manage flagship events coordinate creative assets and lead targeted marketing shoutouts that cement GrabThumbsUps prestige.
- Partnership & Campaign Execution: Oversee creative cross-brand collaborations ensuring special projects translate into visible buzz-worthy Only at Grab experiences that capture user attention.
- GTM Implementation: Bring the strategy to life by designing and rolling out marketing-heavy GTM plans that resonate with current food trends maximizing merchant visibility and brand love.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Deep foodie expertise and absolute PASSION in the F&B industry; from street food to casual café & restaurant to premium food to social sellers; from Bangkok to upcountry markets.
- 3 years of experience in a fast-paced working environment specifically in marketing brand management campaign execution or GTM strategy.
- Exceptional creative and marketing execution skills: Ability to collaborate with the Marketing department to turn brand concepts into high-impact visible campaigns.
- Project Coordination: Able to manage multiple moving parts for flagship events and special promotional projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are required to navigate cross-brand collaborations and champion our merchants stories.
- Flexibility passion and energy to excel in a fast-paced highly collaborative environment.
