Must Have:

Strong CRM Sales modules experience

Need to be well versed in plugins JavaScript and Portals.

Single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews reporting signoffs and approvals.

Minimum years of experience: 13 Years plus

Job description:

The candidate should have extensive knowledge on CRM Sales modules

Dynamics 365 Technical Architect with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations.

Experience in designing architecture of the solution.

Lead technical positions for an application dealing with overall design integration technical requirements (e.g. performance and scalability) and alignment with enterprise strategies

Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.

Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business solution design and translate it to the technical team.

Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.

Work hand in hand with the Infosys Microsoft and Client for any technical issues to track the technical progress of the project.
