Part-Time $20 per hour Leadership Growth Role
ByJSB is a luxury candle and fragrance bar offering curated elevated guest experiences through candle-making fragrance blending retail and private events. We are seeking a reliable proactiveAssistant Managerwho is passionate about leadership business growth and helping scale an experiential retail brand.
This role is ideal for someone who not only manages daily operations but also contributes ideas organization and support toward expanding the business.
Responsibilities
Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
Lead candle-making and fragrance experiences for guests
Supervise staff performance and assist with training new hires
Help maintain punctuality professionalism and brand standards
Assist with inventory management production prep and supply tracking
Support private events bookings and guest flow
Maintain a clean organized luxury environment
Communicate store needs feedback and opportunities directly with ownership
Assist with business growth initiatives and operational improvements
Support marketing efforts such as social media content promotions and in-store activations
Help implement systems that improve efficiency and support scaling the brand
Ideal Candidate
Previous leadership supervisor or assistant manager experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
Professional appearance and positive leadership energy
Comfortable leading teams and making operational decisions
Organized proactive and solutions-oriented
Interest or experience in marketing branding or business operations is a plus
Retail beauty hospitality or event experience preferred
Weekend availability required
Compensation & Growth
$20 per hour
