• We help to analyze requirements support and document solutioning phase verifies dependencies and impact help to decompose the scope into smaller parts to pass then the topic to the responsible Product Owner.

• We work closely within the team on establishing standards for the requirements analysis and engineering 
• We train and develop ourselves to provide high quality of our work for the organization 

Youll be responsible for: 

• performing requirements analysis documenting and communicating the results of your efforts 
• working closely with Product Owner to help maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI 
• gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful summaries 
• serving as a liaison between stakeholders and developers 
• close cooperation with other teams to deliver distributed functionalities 
• helping ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on 
• understanding the business needs and domain areas of selected Shiji hospitality products 

Qualifications :

• at least 4 years experience as a Business Analyst in Software Development
• university degree in Computer Science Engineering Finance or similar relevant fields 
• experience with Relational Databases and SQL
• in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles 
• outstanding communication and presentation skills 
• excellent organizational and time management skills 
• sharp analytical and problem-solving skills 
• creative thinker with a vision 
• attention to detail 

Nice to have: 

• previous experience working with big data and/or BI tools
• previous experience working in SCRUM team
