Job Summary
The IaaS Product team (Infrastructure as a Service) delivers secure highly available infrastructure including Windows Unix VMware Cloud IaaS and PaaS Server and this role youll be providing excellent customer service while working in a team that builds tools and platforms for delivering Windows Servers services onsite and soon in the cloud.
The positions primary focus is operational and project work for management of Windows servers applications and Active Directory.
To be successful in this role you will be a motivated IT professional with relevant qualifications and abackground in supporting Windows Servers and Active Directory with a strong desire for continuous learning.
You will

- Ability to troubleshoot and work within a small team of engineers.
- Becomfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Appreciate flexible work-from-home options with a 60% onsite / 40% remote work split.
About you
- Demonstrated experience supporting a large enterprise Microsoft Windows environment
- Demonstrated experience using Active Directory Group Policy and SCCM.
- Some experience in PowerShell scripting.
- Programming and scripting skills applied to automation and solution development including PowerShell (Desirable).
- Experience with cloud-based deployments and support (e.g. Azure AWS) is well regarded.
- Experience working in an Agile delivery environment is well regarded.
- Software Development and /or DevOps skills are well regarded.
- Availability to participate on the Windows on-call roster approximately every 4-5 weeks essential.

This is a full-time position continuing position primarily based at the Griffith University Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other locations.
HEW 6 Salary range - $91843.49 - $97964.71 17% superannuation. Total salary package range $107456.88 - $114618.71.
