Job Summary
Our client a global construction contractor delivering major infrastructure and engineering projects is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale construction works.
About the Role
The Site Engineer will provide on-site engineering support to the Project Manager or Senior Site Engineer to assist in the successful delivery of project objectives.
This role involves coordinating construction activities supporting planning processes and ensuring works are completed in accordance with project schedules quality standards and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate site engineering activities across assigned sections of the project
Assist with construction planning scheduling and technical documentation
Support subcontractor procurement and coordination processes
Monitor construction progress and report on project milestones
Ensure works comply with engineering specifications and safety standards
Assist with site reporting and contract administration tasks
Liaise with project stakeholders including contractors suppliers and clients
Support quality control testing and project documentation processes
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 5 years experience in site engineering or construction delivery roles
Strong coordination and negotiation skills
Solid technical understanding of construction and engineering processes
Ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced project environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
