Job Summary
ThisAnalystrole provides a great opportunity for someone to learn from a talented team of commercial real estate brokerage and development professionals. We are looking for a talented person eager to grow their career in an entrepreneurial environment. The role will encompass certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the production and delivery of research material transaction analytics brokerage services and client relations support in developing pitch and/or proposal materials as well as local thought leadership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build tenant and landlord cash flow models supporting office & industrial brokers across the state of Florida
- Research target companies and owners real estate footprints corporate events and financial filings to support prospect outreach
- Develop client-facing pitch materials including proposal comparisons and financial analytics one-pagers and presentation decks
- Prepare landlord intelligence reports using CMBS loan data debt maturities and capital markets research
- Utilize AI to maintain and improve standardized templates and workflows for recurring deliverables
- Support the sourcing and organization of property and market-level datasets across the state of Florida
- Help build and maintain the platforms data infrastructure as it scales
- Support the development of market snapshots and trend analysis
- Assist business development efforts by validating research reviewing landlord and building intel and running financials
- Learn and apply the teams underwriting framework
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; Finance or Data Analytics focus preferred
- 0-4 years of experience in commercial real estate or other market research role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient timely reliable and courteous service.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages discounts and/or commissions.
- Conducts basic financial analysis.
- Ability to comprehend analyze and interpret documents.
- Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
- Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and fluency with Microsoft Excel
- Some experience with Tableau or other data visualization technology desired but not required.
- Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
- Proactive and positive attitude
