As a Product Manager in the Moen B2C Business you will support product lines within the Showering category contributing to product development commercialization and lifecycle management initiatives. In this role youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering operations marketing sales and finance to help ensure Moen products reach the right customers through the right channels at the right value. What you will be doing:
- Support and help execute the product strategy for assigned Showering product lines within the Moen portfolio aligning with customer needs and overall business goals.
- Partner with Engineering Supply Chain and Quality teams to scope and support new product development initiatives.
- Review product concepts technical specifications and engineering designs to better understand product functionality cost considerations and opportunities to deliver meaningful consumer benefits.
- Collaborate with global manufacturing and overseas supplier partners to ensure shared understanding of product specifications cost targets and production readiness.
- Help guide product launches through the stage-gate process to support timely and high-quality execution.
- Work together with Sales Channel Marketing and Revenue Growth Management teams to align on pricing positioning and go-to-market plans.
- Contribute to product business cases by helping analyze cost structures pricing strategies and margin targets to support internal alignment and customer discussions.
- Monitor product performance and support lifecycle planning including new launches portfolio updates and end-of-life transitions.
- Use consumer insights and competitive research to help identify opportunities and support thoughtful product decisions.
- Partner with Brand Marketing and Digital teams to develop sales tools promotional assets and product content.
- Maintain accurate product information across digital print and eCommerce channels ensuring strong attention to detail in internal systems and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external partners on product features category trends and brand positioning.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales teams and key customers to stay connected to market needs and priorities.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve processes and support the broader Moen business.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of product management experience in manufacturing consumer durables or a related industry.
- Experience supporting new product development initiatives from concept through launch using a stage-gate or similar product development process.
- Ability to understand technical product concepts and help translate them into clear customer value.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to support collaborative decision-making.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including engineering supply chain marketing and sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Experience with both B2C and B2B product environments.
- Background in building products home improvement or durable goods.
