As a Casual Carer at Aminya Centre youll support residents to live well with dignity purpose and choice. Youll build genuine connections understand what matters most to each person and help them maintain their daily routines in a way that feels familiar and respectful.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with personal and daily care
Supporting mobility meals and meaningful activities
Working in partnership with residents to achieve their individual care goals
Providing updates to your Care Team Manager when needs or preferences change
Using technology to document care and complete online learning
Supporting residents living with dementia with patience empathy and adaptability
We understand that flexibility matters. As a casual Carer youll have the opportunity to work across AM PM and Night Duty shifts depending on your availability and the needs of the centre. Whether you prefer early mornings afternoons or the quieter pace of night work there are opportunities to suit your lifestyle.
AM Shifts: 7.00am 3.00pm
PM Shifts: 3.00pm 10.30pm
Night Duty: 10.00pm 7.00am

You are someone who brings kindness patience and genuine care to everything you do. You will also have:
Certificate III in Aged Care (or currently studying) OR be an Undergraduate Registered Nurse
Physical ability to perform care duties safely
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
Clear and compassionate communication skills
Commitment to personcentred care
