We are seeking a Centre Director to run a beautiful service located inA Albion Park Wollongong. This is a full-time position starting ASAP with great opportunities for growth in a supportive and collaborative environment

• Small Centre: 29 place centre located in Albion Park
• Qualifications: Minimum. Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in an early childhood setting
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience as centre director OR open to 2ic wanting to step up!
• Key Attributes: Strong leadership skills excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Work Environment: Supportive collaborative and enriching.
• Professional Development: Plenty of opportunities for growth and development.

• Previous experience in early childhood education and leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
• Experience in managing childrens behavior and creating a positive engaging environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a dedicated team.
