About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with supervising the site operations ensuring that maintenance security and facilities management tasks are completed efficiently. You will support the Site Manager in maintaining the school premises and coordinating site-related activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily site operations and supporting the site team

• Carrying out maintenance tasks and minor repairs across the school buildings and grounds

• Ensuring the premises remain safe clean and secure at all times

• Monitoring building systems such as heating lighting and security

• Supporting health and safety compliance including routine checks and documentation

• Assisting with contractor supervision and maintenance visits

• Preparing spaces for school events meetings and activities

• Reporting maintenance issues and site concerns to the Site Manager

Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in site maintenance caretaking or facilities supervision

• Demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills

• Be confident using tools and basic maintenance equipment
