The opportunity
Working directly with the CEO this newly established role will be filled with variety. You will be keeping the CEO on track ensuring he has everything to succeed in leading the organisation. The role also involves and supporting the Board and Chairperson with their administrative tasks. At times supporting other Executives to help everyone achieve.
Ideally we are seeking candidates experienced in managing an executives diary have a sound understanding of corporate structure and planning. However if you have an extensive background in administration or planning and coordination we encourage you to apply as well.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Diary travel and email management meeting coordination
- Anticipate needs provide timely information and resources.
- Answer calls address queries maintain stakeholder relations
- Support periodic and ad hoc report production and business plan preparation
- Provide executive assistant support prioritise tasks maintain confidentiality
What skills and experience are we looking for
- Prior Personal/ Executive Assistant experience or advanced administration
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Strong organisational ability prioritising tasks effectively
- High integrity professionalism and discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; computer literate
- Team player adaptable to change and deadline-oriented
- Knowledge of Te Reo Māori tikanga and kawa is also desirable.
