What Youll Do

Lead and support crew members during your shift
Assign positions and ensure smooth daily operations
Deliver and model excellent customer service
Coach motivate and provide feedback to team members
Maintain high standards for quality cleanliness and food safety
Help train new team members and support store leadership
Communicate shift goals and priorities with the team

What Were Looking For

Previous leadership or shift lead experience preferred
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to customer service and team success
Ability to stand for extended periods
High school diploma or restaurant/QSR experience preferred
