The Role & ECT Support We are recruiting an enthusiastic ECT Geography Teacher for September 2026. We know starting at a new school can be daunting so we provide a buddy system with a recently qualified ECT to help you navigate your first few months. Youll also participate in a rich CPL programme designed to sharpen your classroom craft covering everything from inclusive curriculum design to advanced data usage. Youll be supported by a Lead Practitioner mentor and have a dedicated member of the SLT responsible for your wellbeing. This is the perfect role for a subject specialist who wants to work in an environment that values innovation as much as it values academic rigour.
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: 37868 - 40317
