Were looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our commercial team in Gothenburg.
In this role youll work closely with existing partners to ensure smooth collaboration and strong long term relationships while also contributing to new business opportunities and sales initiatives. Youll identify growth opportunities introduce new solutions and support the commercial team in driving revenue with both existing and new partners.
At the same time a key part of the role focuses on customer success ensuring partners receive excellent support communication remains clear and collaborations run efficiently.
Youll also play an important role in coordinating commercial activities maintaining structured documentation and systems and supporting the team in maintaining high standards in partner communication and follow ups.
The role includes opportunities to travel internationally to industry exhibitions and events meeting partners and potential customers while representing Solidicon worldwide. Typical locations include Rome Lisbon Barcelona São Paulo and Manila.
Youll work mainly from our office on Avenyn in central Gothenburg with the option to work remotely on Wednesdays. To be eligible for this role you need to live in Gothenburg or within a reasonable commuting distance.
In this role you will:
Conduct market and partner research to identify new business opportunities
Assist with outreach and early stage conversations with potential partners including introducing Solidicons products and commercial opportunities
Communicate regularly with partners through email video meetings and messaging platforms
Build and strengthen partner relationships through clear communication and reliable follow ups
Coordinate campaigns releases and promotional activities together with partners
Maintain structured documentation and keep CRM systems updated
Track ongoing tasks and commercial activities using project management tools
Support the commercial team in preparing meetings exhibitions and events including sales materials and partner presentations
Travel to international exhibitions and industry events to meet partners represent Solidicon and support new sales opportunities
Fluent English in both written and spoken communication
A highly structured and organized way of working
Confidence in commercial conversations and an interest in sales including new business development and outreach
Ability to identify opportunities with partners contribute to revenue growth and support both new sales and expansion with existing partners
Strong administrative and coordination skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems spreadsheets and digital tools
Excellent computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
Based in Gothenburg or within commuting distance
Experience from iGaming SaaS tech or a similar fast moving industry
Background in partnerships account management customer success or sales support
Fluency in Swedish or another language
A general technical interest and curiosity about software platforms or digital products
