Salesforce is being established as the target platform across our B2B landscape and we are now looking for a Delivery Manager who wants to operate at the intersection of business and IT ensuring strong execution high delivery quality and close alignment with business priorities.
You will work in a large-scale complex environment characterized by multiple delivery partners outsourced services and a Scaled Agile (SAFe) setup. This role is central in ensuring that business deliveries are run grown and continuously improved.
What youll do:
You will be responsible for running growing and transforming business deliveries within the B2B IT landscape.
Act as Operational Team Lead for the domain driving execution and ensuring agreed capacity and cost allocation
Facilitate demand management and follow-up in close dialogue with business IT stakeholders ARTs and suppliers
Monitor performance manage risks resolve impediments and ensure quality assurance aligned with business objectives
Drive continuous improvement coordination synchronization and customer focus across system domains and partners

Experience from IT development organizations at scale operating in complex and distributed environments
Experience working within SAFe or similar large-scale agile setups
Experience managing deliveries in outsourced IT environments across multiple partners and suppliers
Background in large-scale IT service delivery covering both development and operational perspectives (Salesforce experience in the IT environments is considered a strong merit)
