Your responsibilities

You will be responsible for the engineering operations in our high voltage bushing factory leading a team of 15 engineers including coordinators for different focus areas.
You are responsible for competence planning and execution which includes coaching your team to continuously improve business performance. You will also oversee resource planning.
Provide insight and develop priorities for engineering projects and services while ensuring engineering performance and quality goals are met.
Establish engineering standards support continuous improvement activities and manage budgetary controls.
Set priority of tasks and ensure that our complex products meet set quality standards and legal requirements.
Be engaged in creating the development of an engineering strategy that is in line with the organizations vision.

Your background

University degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
Previous experience from Engineering or R&D
Knowledge in transformers or transformer components is preferred.
Some years of managerial experience is a merit.
You are skilled at managing different types of people able to coach as well as motivate and inspire others
Fluency in English both written and spoken. Fluency in Swedish highly desireable.
