Job Overview:

This role willact as the lead performance marketing manager forallperformance-ledprojects and campaignsin Circle Ks media teamincludingbut not limited to:B2B lead generationcampaignsLoyalty app downloads campaigns search and performance max campaigns dynamic creative optimization.

This role willlead Circle K EuropesPerformance Marketingapproachacross categoriesincludingKPIdefinitiontracking and tagging audits and implementation test and learn plans and budget setting.

This role willsupportourEuropeanmarketswithbest-in-classdigitalperformanceexpertiseto deliverlocal marketbusiness results.

This role will ensure effective navigation of tasksdrivegrowth and synergies whilemaintainingstrategic focus with a particular emphasis on alignment efficiency and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop andimplementperformancemarketingstrategies forCircle Ks EuropeanMarkets to deliver businessobjectivesinlinewith EuropeanMediaguidelines and local market priorities.

  • Leadperformance marketing for B2BB2C LoyaltySearchand other performance-led EU-wide projects in Circle K.

  • Develop and lead Circle Ks performance marketing approach across categories and markets including KPI definition event set-up and optimisationa/btestingand budget optimisation.

  • Collaborate with local market specialistsand commercial teamsto adapt and localizeperformance improvements.

  • Collaborate with the wider European Media team in Circle K to ensure performance best-practice is being considered and implementedas part of wider media plans.

  • Supportand where relevant leadmarketing technologyrolloutsin Europeto supportdigitalmarketingperformance e.g. dynamic creative optimisation.

  • Collaborate with the digital performance team to measure customer life-time valueand define digital product specific media measurement plans.

  • Monitor performance analyse results andprovideactionable insights to improve future campaigns reporting on and attending in person local marketing VPMDand category team sessions as needed.

  • Support the development and execution of social media strategies in our legacy European markets.

  • Stay up to date withdigitalmedia trends technologies and best practices and proactively recommendnew approachesto drive effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Digital channel generalist.

  • Proven experience in digital performance marketing.

  • Strong communication interpersonal skills and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiencyin Excel spreadsheets and reporting tools to analyze and present campaign performance.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics Google TagManagerand/orother performance tracking tools.

  • Experience in working withmartechtools such asDMP (if not with the tools but at least should be able to sketch the usability of these tools).

  • Knowledge and experience working with Dynamic CreativeOptimizationor similar ad technologyisconsidered asan advantage.

  • Experience in B2B marketing isconsidered asan advantage.

  • Experience in 1stparty data activation is preferred.

  • Willingnessto learn new toolsframeworksand channels.

  • Experience with A/B testing conversion rate optimization and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiencyin Englishadditionallocallanguages relevantto European market will be considered as an advantage.

  • With proven presentationskillsincludinga strong ability to simplify complex topics.
