To support our continued growth we are now looking for a Senior Manager Network Deploymentto ensurewe grow our charging networkefficientlyat high pace and at the rightlocations across our European business units.
You will own thechargerroll-out governanceand strategic principles for developing our charging networkin markets such as GermanyBeNeLuxand Scandinavia. You willworkcloselywith our business unitsto ensure that we deploy chargers at commercially attractive sitesmaintainstrong deploymentmomentumand continuously improve how we plan and execute network rollouts.
Whatyoulldo
Lead and develop a small Network Development team currently consisting of one team member with potential for future growth
Based on our overalleMobilitymarket strategydefineand own the strategic principles for how we develop our charging network and future energy station footprint. Together with the Business Units translate this into country-specific network strategies and continuously refine them to ensure we deploy chargers at commercially attractive locations aligned with our long-term network ambitions
Ensure we have structured site selection processes including the use of site selection tools and data-driven analysis to prioritize the most attractive locations
Track and drive charger rollout progress across markets working closely with Business Unit deployment teams to ensure a strong project pipeline and sufficient deployment momentum
Develop and continuously improve deployment processes tools and governance to ensure efficient rollout in terms of time cost and quality
Facilitate best-practice sharing across markets and support Business Units in executing deployments effectively
Manage key stakeholders across functions and markets to ensure alignment ownership and progress on network deployment targets
Stay at the forefront of industry trends and market developments related to EV charging network expansion and future energy infrastructure
This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Business Units and their deployment teams as well as centraleMobilityteamsto ensure our network strategy is translated into efficient and scalable deployment across markets.
We are looking for someone who has
Experience with infrastructure deploymentreal estatedevelopmentor large-scale rollout programs
Strong analytical and strategic capabilities with the ability to translate strategy into practical deployment plans
Strong stakeholdercollaborationcapabilities with the ability to work effectively in complex and cross-functional environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams functions and markets
A structured and solution-oriented way of workingwith the ability to manage complex challenges
A masters degree in engineering economics business or a related field
The motivation to help scale a rapidly growing business in a fast-moving environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
