Somewhere is a recruiting agency that sources worldwide talent for US and EU clients. We have over 150 employees and the company is growing fast - with over 50% year-over-year growth in both 2023 and 2024. The majority of our talent is sourced from Latin America South Africa and the Philippines.

Scope of the Role

As a Recruiter your job will be to source screen and place candidates to our clients companies. You will develop job descriptions post them on popular job boards like PNet Linkedin Indeed Careers24 and more. You will also build profiles and execute outreach to candidates directly. The job also includes screening candidates and sourcing applicants through referrals networking and more!

Duties and responsibilities:

Source and place 5-10 candidates per month
Interact with both clients and candidates
Screen and interview candidates
Provide customer service and fast response time to our US based clients
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients

Requirements:

Fluent in English both reading and spoken.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in recruitment.
Professional-level written and spoken English communication skills.
Typing speed of 50 words per minute or better.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Hubspot.
Proficiency in job boards such as PNet LinkedIn Indeed Careers24 etc

Compensation:

$800-1500 USD per month depending on skill and experience.

Additional requirements:

Quite and professional home office.
Fast reliable computer and second monitor.
Internet speed faster than 50 mbs.
