Job Summary

About the Role:
Were seeking a UI/UX Designer with research experience to design intuitive high quality digital experiences across our platforms. This is a hands on individual contributor role focused on delivering strong interaction and visual design informed by lightweight user research and data driven insights. You will collaborate with product managers engineers and cross functional partners to translate user needs and business requirements into scalable design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Create user flows wireframes high fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for web mobile and POS experiences.
Translate product requirements and user needs into clear intuitive design solutions.
Produce design specifications and interaction documentation to support engineering implementation.
Conduct lightweight research activities (usability testing concept validation heuristic evaluations customer feedback).
Apply user centered design principles to identify usability issues and improve customer journeys.
Collaborate with product managers engineers and marketing teams to ensure cohesive experiences.
Contribute to design systems accessibility standards and participate in design critiques.
Stay current with UX/UI and research best practices.

Qualifications:

4 7 years of experience designing user experiences for digital products (web/mobile).
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design informed by user feedback or research.
Solid understanding of user centered design interaction design and visual design.
Experience conducting or supporting usability testing and concept validation.
Proficiency with modern design/prototyping tools (Figma preferred; Sketch Adobe XD).
Experience working in Agile product teams.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience designing for ecommerce retail or customer facing platforms.
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
Experience working within a design system.
Comfort interpreting analytics or research insights.
Experience iterating designs based on usability feedback or A/B testing.
