Required Qualifications (Must Haves) 7 years of professional UX/UI design experience
Strong consultative and design thinking mindset
Highly end user empathetic and customer focused
Excellent verbal written and presentation skills
Experience designing across web mobile app kiosk and in store experiences
Bachelors degree in Design HCI Computer Science or related field
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital product design user flows wireframes prototypes and final UI
Proficiency with design tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision Adobe Creative Suite)
Solid understanding of UX principles responsive design and accessibility (ADA/WCAG) Preferred / Highly Desired (Nice to Haves) Front end knowledge (HTML CSS JavaScript)
Experience in e commerce retail or customer facing platforms
Familiarity with analytics/heat mapping tools (Google Analytics Hotjar)
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization What Will NOT Work Designers with less than senior level experience
Candidates lacking strong stakeholder communication or presentation ability
Profiles focused narrowly on one platform only
Candidates uncomfortable working cross functionally
