We are seeking an experienced Oracle Varicent Engineer to support the design development and enhancement of incentive compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Varicent calculations data pipelines workflows reporting and ELT processes. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders analytics teams and technical partners to deliver scalable and high-performance compensation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Varicent calculation logic pipelines and workflows
Build and maintain Presenter adaptive reports and dashboards
Implement and manage Symon (ELT) data integration processes
Analyze incentive compensation requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Optimize system performance data accuracy and reporting efficiency
Support production releases enhancements and ongoing system maintenance
Collaborate with business finance and IT teams for solution delivery

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Varicent (ICM) platform
Expertise in Varicent Calcs Pipes and Workflows
Experience building Presenter Adaptive Reports
Working knowledge of Symon ELT / data processing frameworks
SQL and data modeling experience
Experience in incentive compensation or sales performance management solutions

Nice to Have

Experience with financial services or enterprise incentive systems
Exposure to data warehousing / BI tools
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
