Job Summary

Job Title: SharePoint Developer/SharePoint Consultant

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Redmond WA

Job Description:

System Ownership: Owns the strategy lifecycle and security of SharePoint Online OneDrive and M365 collaboration tools.
Project Governance: Develops site structures content management strategies and security protocols to meet enterprise standards.
Technical Implementation: Configures custom lists document libraries Power Automate workflows and Power Platform integration.
Stakeholder Management: Translates business needs into technical requirements presents status updates to stakeholders and drives user adoption.
Support & Training: Creates documentation training materials and provides guidance to end-users to enhance adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture Microsoft 365 administration SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
Project Management: Proven experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Agile methodologies and project documentation.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams including developers administrators and security teams.
Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Microsoft Certifications are highly valued.
