If you would like to use a sub vendor only 1 level deep please use dotStaff Forms link: The State of Michigan is looking for: Programmer Analyst 4 Max Bill Rate: -/HR Top Skills & Years of Experience: - Possess a minimum of 5 years of recent experience working with: Angular JavaScript SSRS SQL Server and working in an environment utilizing hybrid agile/waterfall project management methodologies. - Possess a minimum of 5 years of recent experience working with: Java Spring. - Possesses a minimum of 3 years of recent experience writing compiling modifying and debugging complex SQL Server database configuration items including but not limited to Stored Procedures Functions Triggers Views Tables and linked servers. - Possess a minimum of 3 years of recent experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management sprint planning task tracking and progress reporting supporting Agile methodologies. - Ability to provide quality customer service build trust through integrity of work and build strategic relationships through teamwork are required. - Will close submissions on: 3/20/26 at 10am EST - Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. - Duration: 1 year with possible extension - Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule.
