Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Cylinder Die Cutting Machine Operator for our offset packaging department. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the die cutting machine to ensure accurate cutting of printed sheets according to production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate cylinder die cutting machine efficiently and safely.
Set up dies and adjust machine settings according to job specifications.
Ensure proper alignment and accurate cutting of printed sheets.
Monitor machine performance and maintain production quality.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.
Report any mechanical issues or defects to the supervisor.
Maintain production records and minimize material wastage.
Follow safety and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 25 years of experience operating a cylinder die cutting machine in a printing or packaging industry.
Good understanding of die cutting processes and sheet handling.
Ability to read job cards and follow production instructions.
Responsible disciplined and able to work in a team environment.
