Job Description
As a Security Officer - Flex Parking Garage Patrol in Eastvale CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients at a technology campus by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of offices labs common areas loading and shipping zones parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access control points by observing entrances and exits verifying authorization as directed and reporting access concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including medical situations alarms suspicious activity and/or workplace disruptions.
- Document patrol findings incidents and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs and communicate relevant information during shift handoff and/or to client representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
- A Guard Card/License is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
