Job Summary

This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

As an HR Country Partner you will support a broad range of local HR activities while ensuring alignment with global and regional HR strategies. What youll achieve:

As an HR Country Partner youll act as a key local HR contact supporting leaders and employees while ensuring compliance data accuracy and effective execution of HR programs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Partner with local business leaders on a wide range of HR topics and projects providing pragmatic guidance aligned with global regional and local HR requirements.

  • Support and execute HR processes across employment relations compensation and benefits recruitment performance management employee engagement retention and leave management.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor law and regulatory requirements including participation in HR audits and monitoring of legal changes.

  • Assist in evaluating business needs for HR programs and policies supporting their local implementation and communication following approval processes.

  • Execute HR programs and policies in line with Company and Center of Expertise (CoE) guidelines providing feedback and local insights.

  • Handle escalated HR issues from Shared Services and CoEs ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Support HR self-service processes and maintain high standards of data accuracy including organizational structures and system security.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 58 years of experience as HRBP in GBS/SSC environment

  • Strong knowledge of local employment law

  • Experience with compensation & benefits talent acquisition learning & development or HR administration is an advantage.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across all organizational levels and implement HR best practices.

  • Proactive detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Experience working in an international or matrix organization.

  • Strong change-management mindset with the ability to support leaders through transformation.
