Human Capital Business Partners at PwC Poland is a team of 20 specialists. We work closely with people on a daily basis supporting them in our corporate employee lifecycle including onboarding employee evaluation promotions to key positions in the company and the salary increase process. We constantly collaborate with Competence Centers Recruitment Employer Branding and Personnel Controlling. Our commitment is where our organization needs it.

We are looking for:

HC Business Partner for the MSO Team

Your future role:

  • Ongoing operational support in HR for the business unit leadership team

  • Handling and coordinating LDE (Leadership Development Experience) processes (e.g. goal setting performance evaluation salary review talent review budgeting etc.)

  • Cooperation with the personnel and finance controlling team in preparing forecasts and verifying the budget by preparing data such as headcount joiners and leavers

  • Providing consultations in the area of human resources for for the business unit leadership team

  • Cooperation with HC Business Partners and other teams within the department structure

  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding performance evaluations promotions and offboarding processes

  • Preparing reports summaries and presentations for projects in the Human Capital area and for the dedicated business unit

  • Taking part in HR onboarding and developing of a new Teams within Managed Service Operations

  • Data analytics in the areas of salaries benefits and personal data

  • Preparing and presenting employee engagement survey results and actively supporting the business in developing actions to enhance satisfaction and engagement

  • Administrative tasks related to HR processes.

Apply if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner team

  • You have proven experience in coordinating performance evaluation processes including setting goals conducting Performance&Reward reviews preferably in large-scale organization

  • You have experience in managing diverse business stakeholders

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization

  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to work with large data sets

  • You are skilled in preparing presentations in PowerPoint

  • You have the ability to synthesize and analyze data and draw conclusions

  • You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex HR issues

  • You have a very good command of the English language (used at work)

  • You have a strong knowledge of labor law.
