Position Summary:
You will manage a defined territory in the United States to build strong trusted partnerships with oncology care teams. You will create and execute clear territory plans that improve patient access and deliver measurable results. You will work closely with medical affairs market access and commercial operations to align local activities with broader goals. Territory: Covers the full state of Arizona Greater Phoenix Tucson

Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with oncologists specialty pharmacists nurse navigators and institutional accounts in your territory.
• Create and execute territory business plans that align with commercial goals and local needs.
• Identify high-value prescribers and accounts and allocate resources to support their priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional colleagues to improve patient access and ensure timely availability of therapies.
• Use customer insights and data to prioritize actions set goals and measure performance.
• Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated compliant field programs.

Basic Qualifications:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

• Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical biologic specialty sales or clinical oncology experience with direct physician or institutional engagement.
• Valid drivers license and ability to drive within the assigned territory; driving is an essential function.
• Residence within the assigned territory or willingness to relocate locally without relocation assistance.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the territory and occasionally beyond which may include overnight stays; travel typically up to 30-50% depending on territory.

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:

• Two or more years of oncology or specialty sales experience with health system or institutional account experience preferred.
• Experience with hematology or solid tumor therapies.
• Experience with infusion products or administration settings.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy payer engagement or account-based strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building trusted relationships and influencing without authority.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver territory plans and meet measurable targets.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Work arrangement:

This role is field-based and primarily on-site within the assigned territory. The role is hybrid field-based with regular travel across the territory and occasional travel outside the territory. Please ensure you can meet driving and travel requirements.
