The role
You will provide consultant-level psychiatric care within adult services including:
Assessment admission management and discharge of patients
Working across inpatient and community mental health settings
Participation in an on-call roster
Supervising and supporting junior medical staff
Contributing to teaching through the RANZCP training program and medical school
Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver recovery-focused care
What were looking for
Eligibility for registration with AHPRA
Eligibility for or Fellowship with RANZCP
Experience working at Consultant / Specialist level in psychiatry
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary mental health services
