業務の範囲
ブランドチーム関係部門と協力しながらビジネス課題を特定構造化分析し課題を解決するための製品戦略および実行プランNational sales plan 短期プラン 1年を立案
プラン策定のための市場調査の実施結果の分析課題の抽出
課題に基づいた戦術資材イベントデジタル施策の計画実施および評価e-promotion含む
戦略実行のためのシステム設計レポーティングsystemなどの整備
プロモーションの効果測定 KPI (Key Performance Indicator) モニタリングや営業ツール等の社内システムを他部門IT等と協業し構築し進捗からの対策を検討し実施する
KOL (Key Opinion Leader) のマネジメントの遂行
メディカル本部Commercial Excellence本部(営業やマーケティングの支援部門)Pharmacovigilance部など他部門と協業する
経験 / Experience
<必須 Mandatory>
医薬品業界でのMR経験2年以上 or マーケティング経験2年以上 ポテンシャルを見ます
