Job Summary

As a Home-Based Travel Assistant you will support clients throughout the entire travel planning processfrom the initial inquiry to their return home. Your role is to ensure every traveler feels confident informed and supported before during and after their trip.
You will work closely with travelers to understand their needs preferences and goals providing personalized guidance and timely assistance to help make every trip smooth and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with travel planning itinerary adjustments and general travel requests.
- Provide accurate information about destinations travel requirements and available options.
- Maintain clear communication with clients before during and after their trips.
- Address questions or concerns promptly and with a solutions-focused approach.
