Responsibilities

The Compliance Support Team assists the organisational units by:

  • Supporting the rollout of new framework versions: providing training and guidance identifying pragmatic solutions to team-specific constraints and tracking implementation progress.
  • Responding or coordinating response to internal and external audit requests.
  • Facilitating the interactions between the business organisational units and the other lines of defence.
  • Supporting the ISAE framework CoE with the ISAE reporting preparation.
  • Following up on outstanding audit issues issues known to management incident report actions and risks above appetite.
  • Assisting the business organisational units with the risk management activities.

Furthermore the Compliance Support Team also supports the control framework by acting as a feedback loop between framework CoEs and the organisational units. This entails:

  • Raising awareness on practical opportunities for improvement identified during the frameworks adoption or operation.
  • Submitting control change requests when required.
  • Sharing (best) practice applied by the business organisational units.
  • As a Compliance Support Partner you will directly support a set of organisational units to support them in their compliance journey.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong risk and controls mindset.
  • Good understanding of software and infrastructure delivery and management processes.
  • Proactive eager to learn assertive team player and able to influence without authority.
  • Able to work autonomously in a geographically spread team.
  • Experience in working with control frameworks and/or in an agile setting as well as knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira BitBucket etc.) are valuable assets for the role.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in domains such as risk and controls management audit compliance or security.
