Quality Assurance & Improvement Lead Social Worker up to 50269 pa

This position supports the Principal Social Worker in promoting and overseeing social work practice leading quality assurance and improvement activities focused on social work within Adult Social Care.

Key duties: These include developing and delivering training developing procedures managing audits analysing findings for improvement and ensuring dissemination of learning across the service.

Practice development: Develop evidence-based social care methodologies promote innovation peer mentoring peer supervision and support strengths-based practice.

Quality assurance & reporting: Manage case file audits to ensure high-quality practice reflecting lived experiences contribute to CQC visits peer reviews and produce quality assurance reports.
