As aCompliance Test Engineer you will be part of our Compliance team working in anISO 17025accredited laboratory. In this role youll be responsible for executing compliance tests and preparing highquality reports for all Enphase products.

Youll work hands-on with advanced test equipment and utilize Python-based integrations to perform grid performance tests ensuring our products meet international compliance standards.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Perform compliance testing in our ISO 17025accredited lab applying detailed knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Nationally Recognized Testing Labs (NRTLs) to coordinate regulatory testing activities.
  • Support regulatory approval processes by demonstrating product compliance with applicable standards.
  • Lead efforts to obtain and maintain selfcertification status for our products.
  • Contribute to team objectives by assisting with related tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and electronic engineering principles.
  • At least2 years of recent experiencein compliance/homologation product design or development or testing of complex electronic products.
  • Experience with photovoltaic systems energy storage devices or power electronics is an advantage.
  • Python programming skills are desirable.
  • Working knowledge of relevant standards such as:
    • AS/NZS 4777 series
    • EN 50549-1
    • IEC 61000 series
    • UL standards
    • and other applicable standards
  • Familiarity with national and international regulations and the ability to work with Local Authorities Having Jurisdiction (LAHJ) or regulatory bodies is a plus.
