As an Engineering Manager you will lead a team of 4-5 high-performing engineers building modern financial tools for the American agricultural industry. Reporting to the Head of Engineering you will own the full employee lifecycle influence product roadmaps and define how a best-in-class team operates using pragmatic AI-native workflows.

Lead the team in adopting AI-native engineering practices ensuring high architectural integrity while leveraging modern tools to solve complex data problems.
The ideal candidate:
25 years of dedicated engineering management experience at high-growth startups (Series AD) with a strong foundation as a former high-performing IC.
Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams with a preference for management as a craft rather than being a tech lead manager.
Pragmatic product-minded approach with experience in (or passion for) fintech agriculture or building tools that simplify complex messy real-world data.
